STUDY NOTES

Does StudyGroupCafe.com allow me to send a note or meeting minutes?
Yes. In fact we are so busy that we sometimes do not find time to write a note after a long meeting. StudyGroupCafe.com makes sending notes easy without making them too formal and makes it less time consuming.

REMINDERS

Does StudyGroupCafe.com allow me to send automatic email reminders to myself and to the people who I invite?
Yes.

Does StudyGroupCafe.com allow me to send a text message to myself as a reminder?
Yes.

Does StudyGroupCafe.com have a RSVP functionality?
Yes. You set up a time by which your invitees are requested to respond.

INVITATION QUESTIONS

Can I send an invite directly to the people whom I know but who have either not yet registered or have not yet accepted me as their favorites so that I can speed things up?
Yes. Invitees who are currently unregistered or registered but not yet your favorites can view and accept your invitation. They also receive your reminders and notice of any changes to your invite. However, as an organizer you cannot view any of the information of registered users if they have not accepted you as their favorite.

How do I become a member? Is there a subscription fee?
It is free to use. Register by visiting www.studygroupcafe.com

How do I cancel my membership?
This process is easy. Send us an email as listed on the contact us page. You will receive a notification of cancellation that you should save for your records. If you do not receive one within 7 days, please contact us immediately.

PRIVACY QUESTIONS

Do we sell any information?
No. We do not reveal, disclose, sell, distribute, rent, license or pass on your personally identifying information to any third parties that we collect.

How do we protect your privacy?
Your information is completely private and under your full control. No one else sees any of your information except people who you invite as your favorites. Moreover you have a choice to decide which of your information to share with each of your favorites. In addition we do not reveal, disclose, sell, distribute, rent, license, share or pass on to any third parties your personal information. Please visit our Privacy Page for full details. We also encrypt all your information using secure socket layer technology (SSL).

Can anyone else see my name or any other information?
No. The only person who even sees your name is someone who is either invited by you or accepted by you as a Favorite. Even than we have provided you with a choice to show or block piece-by-piece information under privacy control settings.

TECHNICAL QUESTIONS

What do I do if I forgot my password?
From the log in screens choose the Forgot Password icon. You will be asked to enter your email address and zip code. A new password will be emailed to the email address for that account. Take this new temporary password and try it again. Remember to edit your profile and change your password back to something you will remember.

How do I update my information?
Once you log in, you will see the Profile Information and you can update anything you like. Additionally, there are help screens on each page. You can also send us an email for any questions.
